Prof. Jay Acharya is the founder and Director of Aspire Consulting and Training, which he set up in 2012. It is a global business that provides consultative and training services to a wide range of companies. While it is based in the UK, it has clients in some 35 countries around the world.

It is particularly strong in the Greater Gulf, Asia and Southeast Asia where it has a subsidiary, Aspire Training Asia.
