What you’ll learn and gain from:

This journey will guide you into and through the ebb and flow of the world of empowerment, help you find and approach those “sweet spots" of potential transformation, and teach you how to use your empowerment mindset, heart-set, and self-leadership set for creating the desired impact in any chosen situation. 

Empowerment, like any other intangible asset in life, is not one size fits all, and it's also not once done for good activity or action. It takes practice, and this program offers you good practice and experience, by using proven, simple, and easily applicable techniques, approaches, and tools. 

Within the program, you’ll be able to learn, practice, and experience how to better leverage your time, energy, knowledge, capabilities, talents, and other gifts and resources so you can rise up to the purpose and power of your life. 

This will help you to brighten and lighten up your days, create the opportunity to face and experience your day-to-day activities and situations in a more open, fulfilling, empowering, and impactful way, and it will also help you improve your relationships, communication, and well-being. 

The program is structured in 2 modules with listed sessions, which you can take in your own time and way.

Module 1 has 3 sessions. 

Session 1 is created as an empowerment training “Empowered2Impact” which serves as a framework for the empowerment exploration, practice, and improvement journey. 

Sessions 2 and 3 are created to guide you through the exercises and teach you how to use 2 effective tools for empowerment for the desired impact. 

First is a 5 steps #bepowerfulandfree® Model Tool for clarity, creativity, and accountability, and the second is the FFHE - ForgiveForgetHealEmpower Exercise to work on self-forgiveness, stuck energy release and empowerment from past perceived hurtful and harmful experiences. 

Module 2 has 4 sessions. 

Session 1 is created as an empowerment training with the focus on how to stop overthinking, over-doing and over-giving. 

Sessions 2, 3, and 4 are designed to guide you through exercises and teach you how to use them on your own. 

Session 2 focuses on how to approach and work with your fears in a more empowered way. 

Session 3 focuses on how to get into the empowered state and take empowered action while facing the potential fight-flight-freeze situation. 

Session 4 guides you through the exercise on how to do the balancing act of being empowered for the desired impact in a chosen situation, by connecting to your inner power, releasing the burden of fears and other obstacles, and getting it 'just right', so you can also receive the gift of your empowered action, and learn and grow from experience to experience in a more natural and fulfilling way. 

By getting the empowerment skills set, you’ll specifically learn and practice:

- How you identify, monitor, and improve your empowerment level through the day, and adjust your thoughts, decisions, choices, and actions accordingly.
How to work with your thoughts and beliefs, how to exchange disempowering thoughts and beliefs with empowering ones, find better ways to address the gap between where you are currently at and the result you desire to create and create supportive habits.

How to use simple and easily applicable techniques, approaches, and tools for empowerment check-ups and how to take empowered action in different challenging situations, such as potential fight-flight-freeze situations; when feeling and facing fears; when finding yourself in situations where you might over-think, over-do, over-give and at the same time experience lack in some areas of your life; when wanting to show up as authentic and powerful self and not sacrificing your integrity, worth or well-being.

How to expand your comfort zone and use your discomfort zone as a learning, growing, and creating opportunity.

Learn and practice empowerment by aligning with your inner power, using body-mind-spirit interconnectedness, knowledge, and wisdom to create the vision, and steps forward.

With this you’ll improve your skills for self-leadership; self-coaching; self-awareness; self-exploration; communication; making decisions and choices; visualization; associative, creative, and systemic thinking; small-steps improvement; feedback and feedforward learning and improvement; life-long learning and reinventing.
