The program is structured in 2 modules with listed sessions, which you can take in your own time and way.

 

By getting the empowerment skills set, you’ll specifically learn and practice:

- How you identify, monitor, and improve your empowerment level through the day, and adjust your thoughts, decisions, choices, and actions accordingly.

- How to work with your thoughts and beliefs, how to exchange disempowering thoughts and beliefs with empowering ones, find better ways to address the gap between where you are currently at and the result you desire to create, and create supportive habits.

- How to use simple and easily applicable techniques, approaches, and tools for empowerment check-ups and how to take empowered action in different challenging situations, such as potential fight-flight-freeze situations; when feeling and facing fears; when finding yourself in situations where you might over-think, over-do, over-give and at the same time experience lack in some areas of your life; when wanting to show up as authentic and powerful self and not sacrificing your integrity, worth or well-being.

- How to expand your comfort zone and use your discomfort zone as a learning, growing, and creating opportunity.

- Learn and practice empowerment by aligning with your inner power, using body-mind-spirit interconnectedness, knowledge, and wisdom to create the vision and steps forward.
