Her professional ‘why’ is deeply rooted in her own journey, having transitioned from a 12-year career in media & advertising that left her unfulfilled and burned out, a sentiment that intensified once she became a mum. Her passion lies in helping women recognise and embrace their true desires, driven by a belief that when women trust their individual capability, capacity and agency, it can have transformative ripple effects in both personal and professional worlds.

Through 1-to-1 coaching, Kate supports clients in finding clarity and confidence in what they want, fostering a renewed sense of purpose and direction towards unlocking their personal and professional fulfilment.
