Our Purpose and Mission

Leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping our working lives and influencing organisational dynamics. The problem is most leadership training is very generic, full of cliches that fail at the first hurdle, and if the plethora of workplace surveys that tell us the UK workforce is underperforming, has poor mental health, and is highly stressed, doesn't work!

One Degree specialises in the team dynamics. What is the blend of personalities? What do each of the personalities need to thrive? What are the strengths of the team? What skills are missing? Where are the risks of conflict?

When leaders can understand the dynamics of the team, they can develop the tactics that specific team needs for great performance, without needing the manager to be on their back.
