With over 20 years experience in the Advertising and Media industry, Daniel became a founding member of the Google Digital Academy team that delivered transformational education programmes for over 20,000 people from Google’s most important EMEA clients. 

Whilst at Google, Daniel developed a passion for the cultural and behavioural aspects of leading transformation, and set up Byte Behaviour to work with leadership teams and other groups of change-makers to help them achieve their vision. He still works closely with Google, as a partner for their Exec Digital Transformation programmes.
