Deepa Shah is on a mission to improve employee experiences through the HR function; a place where everyone feels they belong and can work at their best. A mission driven not only by her own personal experiences but also by her knowledge gained as a HR executive with over 15 years experience in a range of sectors; media, telecommunications and Healthcare. She is currently the People Director for Group at Bupa, as well as a Non-executive Director, and is a chartered Member of CIPD, a qualified Executive Coach and has a background in Psychology.
