Jennifer Eeles-Gosavi is the Global Head of Career Development at Imperial Brands, where she leads the creation of a career activism culture through development initiatives and talent programmes. A seasoned Learning and Development Leader with over 25 years, Jennifer has enabled performance and transformation across diverse sectors, including Sky, Thames Water, the Met Police and Frasers Group. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the LPI, an accredited Strength Scope Master, and a recent graduate of the inaugural CLO100 Learning Leaders Programme. Jennifer is passionate about empowering individuals to own their own career and shaping learning and talent strategies that drive business impact.
