Lucy Unwin is a DEI, Culture and Talent leader who has been with Vodafone for nine years. She is passionate about creating a work culture where people belong, and can thrive and grow. Over the years Lucy has combined her skills of driving transformation with her ambition to deliver positive change and increase employee engagement and inclusion. She has a six year old and twin two year olds and loves being able to balance a career with being a mum.
