Penny Harrison is a mental health project manager from Essex, UK. She is a mum of one and has a passion for mental health and well-being, autonomy, and saying no to things that do not serve her. Penny has a degree in Psychology and is currently leading on a project which supports mums with their mental health during the perinatal period.
