Siobhán Godden is striving to put the "human" back into Human Resources, and supporting organisations to become future-proof, innovative and inclusive. With 20 years’ experience in Corporate HR, combining strategic and operational HR expertise with a pragmatic but practical approach.  She has predominantly worked in the engineering sector for global organisations, but most recently taken that experience to support high growth SME’s. Siobhán is a Fellow Member of CIPD, and an ICF qualified Executive Coach.
