Stephanie is the Diversity & Inclusion Lead for Gender Equality at Vodafone UK. With a career spanning across tech, sports and entertainment industry, Stephanie has a wealth of experience in project and change management. Recently joining the dedicated Diversity and Inclusion team at Vodafone UK’s, Stephanie has a key focus on progression and retention strategies and initiatives. Stephanie’s forte is facilitating important but often complex and difficult conversations, and her D&I work has been recognised by the UN Global Compact Network UK as a 2020 UK SDG Pioneer supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Prior to Vodafone, Stephanie held Diversity & Inclusion roles at Amazon Entertainment and Wasserman.
