With over 12 years of experience in Learning & Development as a Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, and Instructional Design Strategist, along with expertise in Sales and Performing Arts, I bring a unique blend of psychology, business acumen, experiential learning, and creativity to my work. My insights have been featured in Think with Google and The Drum, where I’ve shared perspectives on teamwork, hybrid working, and stakeholder management.

Outside of work, I balance my energy with rowing at Molesey Boat Club, yoga, and scuba diving around the world or taking it slow with my British Bulldog, Lola, while my gang of free-range chickens continue their DIY garden renovations.
